Location
"Buneburi" winery is located in the Kakheti region, on the Outer Kakheti (Iori) plateau, in the village of Badiauri, Sagarejo municipality, at 540 meters above sea level, 65 km from Tbilisi and 25 km from Sagarejo.
Vineyard
The winery cultivates 4.5 hectares of Saperavi and 1.5 hectares of white grape varieties (Rkatsiteli, Kakhuri Mtsvane, Kisi, Khikhvi, Grdzelmtevana, Mtsvivani) vineyards. No herbicides or mineral fertilizers are used in viticulture. Only high-quality, single vineyard grapes are selected for winemaking. The average yield per hectare is 5-6 tons.
Winery
In the winery, the technological process of winemaking and aging takes place in stainless steel reservoirs, naturally, without excessive technological intervention or the use of additives. The wine is bottled unfiltered.
