Buneburi Wine Cellar is localed in Kakheti region of Georgia, village Badiauri of municipality Sagarejo (540 m. above the sea level), 65 kilometers from Tbilisi, 25 kilometers from Sagarejo.
Vineyard
The Wine Cellar cultivates two hectares of Rkatsiteli and one hectare Saperavi grape vineyards. Herbicides and mineral fertilizers are not used in viticulture. Only a high quality, one vineyard grapes are beeing selected for wine. The average harvest per hectare is 5-6 tons
Winery
The technological process of wine making is carried out in stainless steel reservoirs, without the use of excessive technological interventions and supplements. Wine is bottled unfiltered.

Saperavi
Saperavi is a Georgian red grape varietry mainly found in Kakheti region. Apart from Kakheti it is widespread in other regions of Georgia as well as outside of Georgia. Saperavi is used to make high quality red dry wines with great potential. Saperavi is also used to make semi-sweet and pink wines.
Rkatsiteli
It is a white grape variety and belongs to a group of Kakheti grape varieties. Besides Kakheti it is widely spread in other regions of Georgia as well as outside Georgia. The grapes are distinguished by its beautiful appearance and pleasant taste. The highest quality classical (European) and Kakhetian wines (Qvevri) wines are made from Rkatsiteli.

Buneburi Wine Cellar was founded in 2016 in Kakheti region of Georgia, village Badiauri of municipality Sagarejo (540 m. above the sea level).
The wine cellar produces wines of Rkatsiteli and Saperavi grape varieties. There are no herbicides and mineral fertilizers used in viticulture. Only a high quality, one vineyard grapes are beeing selected for wine.
